• Mortgage Services
• GHL Placement Team will allow you full access to the lenders that we currently package for. Our panel gives comprehensive coverage of the non-conforming buy to let and self-certification markets and our skilled and experienced staff are available to assist you in sourcing a suitable lender for your client. • Packaging Service
• Our packaging panel gives comprehensive coverage of the non-conforming, buy to let and self- certification markets. Our staff have gained considerable experience of the products and lenders in these markets, providing you with a first class processing service.
• Remote Processing
• We have a number of in-house underwriters from our Lender Partners, enabling us to produce mortgage offers in-house and facilitate the release of funds for completion. As this allows us to maintain control of the case through to completion, you should experience an enhanced level of service from these lenders.
• Second Charges
• Second charges are a viable alternative to a re-mortgage or a further advance, particularly for those clients who need additional finance quickly and conveniently. Our panel is designed to compete in the non-conforming market place. We have a dedicated team that will guide you through this specialist field to ensure the very best personal service to you and your client. Decisions in principle can be obtained via our fully interactive on-line system.
• GHL Mortgage Club (Direct Submission)
• In establishing our mortgage club panel, our focus has been on creating a comprehensive and competitive offering that is representative of all sectors of the market. Our purchasing power means that we are able to offer you some of the best procuration fees in the market, together with exclusive products.
• Protection Panel
• It is important for you to be able to offer your clients, a range of competitive protection products. We have a panel of major life companies, with whom we have negotiated top rates of commission. These providers have a wide range of non-investment products including term, critical illness, PHI and family income benefit.
• General Insurance
• We have a relationship with both Paymentshield and Hanover Park Commercial to provide you with a range of buildings, contents and mortgage protection payment insurance (ASU). As part of these arrangements you can either provide your client with a full advice and recommendation service or you can “introduce” your clients where this service is provided for you.
• Compliance
• As a network principal, we take very seriously our regulatory responsibility for all of our appointed representatives. That is why we have developed a compliance regime, which is responsive to your needs and requirements. As a member of GHL Network, you will receive thorough induction training covering all aspects of regulation, the sales process, the use of sourcing software and the principles of suitable advice. Ongoing training is provided thereafter to ensure that competence is maintained. Regulatory changes are notified as they happen.
